Postage and Delivery
Delivery charges will be detailed at the time of an order enquiry. Prices and charges however may change from time to time (this will not affect any orders which have been previously placed). Proof of postage will always be obtained, but Crackerjack Craft will not be responsible for parcels once they leave our care. We will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or late delivery due to strikes or any other unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control.
The total price payable will be detailed on a Crackerjack Craft invoice at the time of an order being placed.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your CJC purchase, you must contact me immediately upon receipt. Please e-mail karen@crackerjackcraft.co.uk detailing your name, address, contact number and the reason for return.
Please ensure the following before returning:
1) The item is still in it’s original condition
2) The item is still in it’s original packaging
3) The item is unused and has not been damaged.
Once the above criteria has been met, you may then return the item to the stated address within seven days of the parcel being delivered.
Please note however that any item made to your own specification or has been personalised to your own requirements is non refundable.
No postage charges will be refunded and Crackerjack Craft will not take responsibility for any parcels lost in transit.
Once the parcel has been received, a refund will then be issued.
